Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products at Modenouva.  This Warranty Policy tells you what your rights are and what we promise to do if an item is broken or defective.

 1. What the warranty covers

 We will fix any problems with our products that are caused by the way they were made for 90 days after they are delivered.

 This includes problems with the materials or the way they were made.

 2. What Is Not Included

 Normal wear and tear

 Damage that happens because of accidents, misuse, or not taking care of things properly

 Changed or improved products

 3. How to Use Your Warranty

 Give us your order number and a full explanation of the problem.

 If the item is clearly broken or damaged, include pictures.

 4. Resolution

 If your warranty claim is approved, we will give you:

 A new item, or

 A full refund to the payment method used (PayPal or credit card)

 We will process refunds or replacements within seven days of getting and checking the broken item.
